Hi, My wife and I are looking for a weekend cheese making class in So Cal. We are in the Bakersfield area, but willing to drive for a weekend. I’m wondering if you might know of anything on a weekend, and/or what it might take to get the class to come to us? Maybe we get together a group of our wine friends???
